Description

We will Zoom in students from University of Miami School of Law's Human Rights Clinic to present to us on one of the seven dimensions of the UN Human Right to Adequate Housing: Legal Security of Tenure. We will study all seven dimensions of the UN Human Right to Adequate Housing over the course of the year. They are: Legal Security of Tenure, Availability of Services, Affordability, Habitability, Accessibility, Location and Cultural Adequacy.
